Yep, that was a great event last year with tons of awesome cars! Hopefully this Saturday's turnout will be just as good.
I might stop by for the free BBQ hahhaa :hahaha:

Those photos are definitely not from last year's show. The show last year took place on the lawn next to Boardwalk Ferrari, and there are no palm trees there I can guarantee you. :D Like SyN mentioned, those are likely photos borrowed from previous events in other parts of the country.

I went to today's event. The turnout did not even come close to last year's turnout. I'm guessing it was a combination of impending heavy rain and poor marketing of the event that kept the participation low.
I was talking to one of the F430 owners and he said he only heard about the event 5 days ago. And he's purchased several Ferrari's from Boardwalk, so he would have expected them to have called him about the event. But they didn't. Likely there are many other Ferrari and Lambo owners in DFW who had no clue about the event. What a shame. It seemed like a good portion of the cars on display today were from Boardwalk Ferrari and Lambo of Dallas' inventory.
Anyway, attached are some photos I snapped. Sorry for the crappy quality on some of them, as I was rushing to take photos toward the end when half of the cars had already left due to the dark clouds starting to roll in.

Due to vBulletin limitations, had to post these remaining photos in a separate post.

I got to drive the diamond white gallardo spyder!!!! Paddle shifting is nice but the car felt very wide to me.
I got there around 10:45 expecting it to be nice and packed like last year, but saw it was sad turnout. I hung around for about 15 mins and left. I only snapped a few pics.

Thanks! Yeah, most CGTs probably don't have carseats in them. Love your car too. That deviated red stitching is stunning.

BBS, as one who breathes, eats, and sleeps Porsche, I enjoyed seeing your car out to represent our marque in the exotic group. "Ordinary" Porsches, as wonderful as they are, are mundane compared to a CGT!

Thanks for the compliments. Actually, that wasn't my car at last year's Bwalk show. That one belonged to another guy here in Dallas but he has since sold it. I had my 993tt there, but not the CGT. I had more kids than seats that day!
