Just finished up detailing a Silver E46 M3 with the HPF stage 2 kit on it. The car is getting ready to be sold and when it arrived it was obvious that I had my work cut out for me. The owner is a forum member and wanted to do a Stage 1 detail on the car. After looking it over, it ended up being a Stage 1 + some extra interior work.

Here are some before pics of the exterior

So the plan of attack was to clean the engine bay using P21S Total Auto Wash and an assortment of brushes, Sonax Full effect cleaner on the wheels followed by a wash with the foam gun, rinse with DI water and let it dry overnight. I then tackled the interior using the vacuum, Einzett Cockpit Premium, Einzett Deep Plastic Cleaner, Lexol Leather Cleaner & Conditioner, etc.

Here are the after interior pics.

After the interior was finished I clay arred the paint and did some test panels to to determine what polish and pad combo was going to work best, I ended up settling on an Orange Kompressor pad with Menzerna Power Finish polish.

Here's the end result...
