Michael, it was great seeing you today at the show and meeting your son. Thank you for posting all these wonderful pix! This show at Cooper gets better every year. You DFW Auto Club members that didn't make it out today just don't know what you are missing, but hopefully Michael's pix will give you an idea.

Thanks to Jack Griffin and Tom Stumpf for putting on a super event on the beautiful grounds of Cooper Aerobics Center. It's a perfect setting for all the awesome cars.

Appreciate the comments, Karen & Michael; and thanks for coming out and supporting us. Between watching as much of Le Mans as I could and getting the show set up, it was a full weekend. It was our best show ever and every year keeps getting bigger and better. We're already discussing the possibility of a future two day event to include a car auction and gala party one night. It's a lot of work but is for a good cause and I enjoy working to organize and promote it. We had areas for the Porsche Club, Italian Car Club, MoPar club, one of the Brit car clubs, and even a Mercury Marauder club. So, they have figured out it's a great way to gather their clubs for their own comarardie and to promote their groups. And, I got several businesses to promote themselves by having a vendor booth at the show. Park Place, Boardwalk, Metro VW, Tropi-Care Auto Detailing (they used my car as their demo!!!!), Tin LIzzie upholstery (great people in case anyone needs any interior work), plus a couple of food serving vendors had their booths. I work with the Cooper Aerobic Center to help promote their facility along with they're long time friends of mine. So, I'm pooped today but glad it came off with few hitches.

Thanks again, Karen & Michael (and enjoyed seeing your Dad and Eric again), plus Bob Aines....always great to see your awesome early E and Mark in his Ford GT.

Hey Michael, Chuck. Sorry I haven't responded - too much travel.

I'd love to see my CGT on the track too! I've considered DEs but just haven't had the time to do it. With my level of track experience though (minimal) I'd probably be better off starting with the turbo rather than the cgt.
