Maybe, I am having a few things done to it this week. I expect to have it back early in the week but you never know how these things go.
I bet someone will bring one too the C&C event.

I understand there may be 60+ cars on that drive - is that manageable or even fun:questionmark:
Get stuck between some amateurs and you'll wear out nothing but brakes and your spirit.

The run is broken into three groups with three leads. I have been on a Sunday run with some of these people and the group I am running with (if my car is ready) is a fast pace without three digits at every available strip of asphault. The other two groups are the "drive it like you stole it" group and even on the test drive yesterday a Viper spun...not the group for me.

Who sponsors this:questionmark: yeah, I heard about the spinout yesterday. Doesn't sound safe for the regular public sharing the road. :dontknow:

Sponsors?!?!?! The Mexican consulate maybe? :) One of the gentleman is long estabilished at setting up Sunday Runs and others, many others, are now following his lead. You can see him start the run on 6speed (SAFE4NOW) and the group I am running in is his group.

Yep I am running in that same group as well with Safe4now. You truly are safe if you stay in the normal Fast group as opposed to Faster or Fastest.
You are as safe as you feel at testing the limits of your car.

We went to the "Cupcake Meet" in Richardson. I know it sounds odd, but the lady that puts it on sells cupcakes while you are there. It was mostly civics with a Lambo or two sprinkled in. Some of the attendees looked like the were there to car jack you!

No you really don't want to go there. Tons and tons of riced out cars with a few nice cars thrown into the mix. I will never go again.
Here is a thread they have going with pics of what was there. They kept taking pics of the more or less good cars each time someone posted photos. Have a look for yourself.

You will really get a kick out of the models that were there. Errm... Wait I meant "models"... :)
Either way not for me and I will be staying out of that meet from now on.

Decided to get the car ready for C&C today. I recently purchased the new PC 7424XP buffer and decided to break it out. I washed the car, dried it off and the used the clay bar on it. Once nice and clean, I used a orange pad on the PC with some Menzerna Super Intensive Polish on a few areas that needed some minor paint correction and then proceeded to hit the whole car with Menzerna Super Finish using a white pad on the PC. Once I was satisfied that the paint was pristine I gave it a nice coat of Pinnacle Souveran carnuba wax. The beast looks like a pool of black water you can dive into now.:D
Hopefully if I stay in tonight I can make it out by 7
