I think the central driving position would be a blast.

We can hope right... or dream LOL. Honestly though, that is still, to me the ultimate supercar. Even though there are faster cars out there, this car set the bar and alot of cars still cannot match or rival it's performance. No power steering, no power windows, no radio(IIRC), no stability control, no traction control just pure unadultered driving fun. Plus the styling of the car is simply timeless, it will always look like a contemporary car. Gordon Murray really pulled a hat trick when he designed that car.
