Please help me welcome official DFWAC sponsor The Gent's Place Men's Fine Grooming. The Gent's Place is conveniently located inside The Shops at Starwood approx 10 feet from the rear bumper of our new meet location. :)
From The Founder
The Gent's Place is Frisco's finest men's barbershop and spa. This is a true all men's establishment that actually delivers on the service and quality you would expect from any business with "fine" in its name. We were founded on a simple principle; Men Deserve Better.

That's great! Do you know if we get any discounts on massage packages or anything else? I'd like to get one at some point for my bro-in-law as a gift.

Yeah, Ben (owner) is working on some promotions for dfwac members. Stay tuned. :)

I've heard they may be expanding at some point. Until then you should make the trip to Frisco, myself and others have enjoyed their service for some time - especially the full body massage. Ask for Lindsay.. ;)

Thanks for the kind words, guys! We are hoping to expand to Dallas sometime soon. Any ideas on the best place(s) to open?
Well I didn't realize The Gents Place was a forum sponsor. :) (thanks Ben)
I tried them out because we hold the Sat. morning meet there and I was patronizing them, then ended up as a member. Glad to see this. :thumbsup2:

I'd be looking in to the Highland Park area with you setup.

I got the 5 course today while waiting around at the meet up, must say that I was impressed with the atmosphere, level of professionalism by the staff, and most importantly the quality of my haircut. After searching for a good cut and stylist since I moved back up here, I can confidently say that the search is over.
Check them out guys, definitely worth a shot. Member discounts would be much appreciated though ;-)

$45 for three course (basic cut and shampoo), $55 for the five course (three course plus facial refresher and scalp massage), $65 for the seven course (five course plus paraffin hand wax and neck massage).
It's the same as the Boardroom, which is cheaper, but a little bit more upscale and with better staff. Best I have found so far but also most expensive too. You are much better off getting a membership. I will most likely go back as I was happy with my first visit.

Thanks for the feedback, guys! We really enjoy having you at the shop on Saturdays...stay warm out there during the winter months!
P.S. Membership is definitely the best way to go at The Gents Place :thumbsup2:

I scalp my own hair so I don't get haircuts but if you like a nice 90 minute full body massage the Gent's Place is hard to beat.
