Hi everybody, it was great meeting a lot of you on Saturday. Looks like I am going to have to get some HP out of my little TL if I want to keep up with you guys.
This is a great forum and club and I can't wait for next weekend. I told my son and he is really excited to see all the cars.
And The best part is you will let me in the club and on the forum without having 400+ HP to the wheels. :thumbsup2:

Thanks to Karen for letting me know about the club!!!!

So here is what I've got:
2000 Satin Silver Metallic TL-P with 147,000 miles
On my 3rd transmission, last one was replaced around 130,000 miles (all paid for by Acura because of the recall)

Current Mods: Debadged | 02-03 tails | Modified Intake | Axis Reverb Wheels 19X7.5 with NeoGen Nitto tires |
Ferrari shift knob | TIEN Luxury Springs with Tokico Illumina adjustable shocks | EBC Green Stuff Brake Pads |
R1 Cross Drilled and Slotted Rotors |

A picture of my mom's 2007 Monterey Red Metallic Convertible Corvette (Corsa Exhaust) she lives in Houston but I will have her bring it up one weekend.

And my brother's Subaru WRX COBB Stage 2 If I can get him to drive his baby from Chicago I will certainly try.
He is having twins in November so I think it will be a while until I see him in Dallas again.

So glad you could join us! It was great meeting you at Holy Grail and I'm happy you were able to come by the meet!

And don't feel bad about the non-400hp -- none of my cars have that either and I still get to hang around here. :)

Ok Smarty Pants :D Give me some credit I wouldn't be caught dead in a Toyota!!!

So there is actually a story behind it. My Aunt bought it for me on my 21st birthday while we were shopping at the Ferrari store off the Champs-Elysées near the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. It was originally for my '91 Prelude Si with 4WS, which was manual. Yes I was a "ricer" in my younger years.

When I became a dad and needed the "family trukster" the shift knob moved to the Acura TL. Which btw is tiptronic so I actually do shift on occasion when I am being beaten at the light by the numerous M3's I taunt simply to see if they know how to drive them. There is nothing worse than a guy in an M3 that can't drive. But anyway it's not too often you see a shift knob that costs more than the car!!!!

Yah, just giving you a hard time. :)

Funny you mention your Prelude. I had a '90 Prelude 4WS back in the day, too.
