Welcome! This last winter was the worst one in about 30 years as far as snow fall and most likely the lowest average overall temperature in a very long time. We went 160 days without hitting 80°f, second longest time on record. 166 days in 1918 is the longest recorded. So the winters are usually better than what you have seen so far! I've been here 17 years and never seen REAL snow like we had. Usually it's sleety pellets. Global cooling, automakers need to shelve the electric cars.

Good Luck on the speeding and no front plate cases. Have you considered a traffic attorney to help you? May help you since they know the law inside out. Worst part of getting pulled over like that is trying to behave on the road to avoid getting points on your license from another citation thus raising your insurance rates. OUCH!

At first I was nervous sitting in the Irving court waiting for Judge Whitney.
The ADA came out and made a spectacle of an unfortunate few. The cops, the ADA and the judge were all on the same page. Not as much as a sneeze from the unlucky people who were shaking nervously infront of the entire packed court room. I waited my turn but prayed and it really helped calm me down. The ADA did few more cases then asked everyone else to reschedule a new court date or plea bargain. Needless to say I plea bargained with her and she gave me a 1 day probation which ended as soon as I made it to the clerks desk and signed the paperwork. I think I was clocked in at 99 on a 60 shot by a constable. Yours much higher so wish you well Wilfrido. Let us know the outcome please.

Was just thinking about how much value I get from this board vs. the others I am on (which serve a purpose, but don't often make me laugh, keep me entertained, or save me $$$). Turns out when I looked today, it's been right at a year (3/14/2010)! A really big thanks goes out to Citylightva (Ryan) for spotting me on another board and directing me here after my E55 was totaled and I was doing some research on my E63. (Btw, the E55 held up very well. It was a "Jam Sandwich"; was hit in stopped traffic by a kid in an old 89 Caddy doing 50+, and I was punted into the Suburban in front of me-wish I could say the same for my neck!)
