Ok, it will be a few months b4 I can do this, but check out this super charger kit in development for my G37 that GTM is working on...

With my AWD, I'm already pretty neck-snappy to 60mph, but with this moving me up closer to 500whp, I'd bet it would be pretty exciting past 120... Probably push my tires (225/50/19's) too far even WITH AWD, so I'm looking into getting 245's to fit.

GTM is also testing a valve body upgrade kit for my 7 speed automatic tranny, which I'm sure will be much needed to keep from slipping in every gear.

Yes, 100%. I've had turbo charged cars since around 1992, & it is the ONLY way to fly in my opinion.

Especially in high elevations. (I know.. Dallas is at 620 feet) BUT, when I was in Colorado, I was taking down dodge vipers, corvettes, z28's with ease with my 4 cylinder Eagle Talon. ( In the 1/4 mile, & usually on a lower speed road course, with an upgraded exhaust, fuel & turbo, making around 380 HP at the All wheel drive wheels)

Here, it won't be as dramatic, but it'll take me from the stock 330 HP /269 torque to closer to 500HP, which would make it a very nice street sleeper.

Here are the specs on the coup according to MotorWeek magazine. (I can't find the sedan, but it should be pretty close.)

With all four wheels grabbing traction, our G37x raced to 60 in only 5.2 seconds, a full second faster than the rear drive 5-speed auto G37 we tested last year. Quicker, too, the quarter-mile at 13.7 seconds and 103 miles-per-hour.

Yeah, there's no doubt that FI offers the best bang for the buck other than NOS. I've had FI cars and am personally partial to NA motors, but is is much more expesive to make power.

Well, if we can get a 'club charity event' going...

I think about $100 bux each club member should do it!
