Hey guys,

I was needing input on some good dealerships to go to for a CPO car. I am in the market for picking up a car and I am in debate of what I would like to get. Any info would be great... Thanks.

Buy private party would be my advise.

Private party is the cheapest route, initially, but could get expensive with maintenance. CPO is a great way to avoid unwanted expenses.

What are you looking at so we could possibly offer suggestions? I know you can get an E46 M3 for a decent price.

I am looking for a good CPO'd car. I am hoping for around 25k, but that may not be easy...

I just started looking yesterday...

You might be able to find an M3 E46 for that. There also might be some 328's or 330's around there.

For 25k, you may be hard pressed to find a CPO'd M3, private sale yes. With those prices you'll be more in the 330 range, maybe a E90 328...What about a Z Car?

Good luck since I notice there are fewer CPO cars out there. Mine is a CPO and I am glad too because I've had to take it into Classic for a few things. My latest thing is a sticky pedal.

I've looked for a CPO e46 M3 myself and they all tend to be in the mid-30s if you can find one.

Your 330 isn't a regular 330, it's a ZHP so it is a little more special. You may get a little more than your average 330 depending if the buyer knows what they are buying. But the market is pretty soft as well so you may not get as much as you want for it.

It may not be a m3, but it's close.

If someone gave me a ZHP 330, I wouldn't be disappointed. The car still looks great and it's still a BMW.

Seriously. My short list right now is an E46 M3 or, if I MUST have a sedan, a 330i ZHP. And Mark's car looks great!

I was referring to the fact that his brother would be dissapointed b/c he was going to give it to him, then considered selling it to someone else.
