After doing some research, I have lowered my price to be competitive. I'm asking $54k for a sale of the car with the OEM wheels. At this price, I plan to include all the other mods unless the new buyer doesn't want them for some reason.

Just to give an idea of what these mods cost new:
- KW V2 coilovers: ~$1600 then about $600-800 to install. With coilovers, you will need additional adjustments and alignments as the springs break in, some places will try to charge you for each adjustment/alignment.
- Eurocode headlights: ~$1400 (easy install for anyone, but you will need VAG-COM to make a few adjustments)
- Stasis rear antisway bar (a must with any Audi S5!!!) ~$300 plus about $100 to install
- Custom cut clear bra covering front clip, full hood, full fenders, side skirts, and inside the door handles ~$1600
- Huper Optik 30% tint about $400

Total without wheels: ~$6000

In addition to the mods listed above, I have updated the license plate lights to LEDs and the fog lights to color match the headlamps. Along with the car, I will provide the OEM headlights, the front bumper plate for adding a license plate and the OEM suspension bits should the new owner plan to return to stock some time in the future.

One other thing to note is that I plan to arrange a purchase through the dealership of my next car. The price will be the agreed price between the buyer and me, but the payment and purchase will come through the dealership. This will provide the piece of mind from buying the car through an established business instead of through a person the buyer has never met.

Finally, the car has 3yrs of Audi Care left.
