None of the other transmissions they have can handle the torque. The new MCT would have been perfect for this car if it could handle the power.

Yep. The MCT can't handle even 1/2 the torque the 65 engine is capable of. Even the 5 speed limits it to 740 though the engine can output 1000 stock.

Is it me or does it sound like a electric car? Only tire noise, no exhaust noise.

Yea. They need to barrow a trans from Viper. I'm sure they still got the rights to it.
