Hey everyone, I'm getting ready to sell the M5 and this is the only mod worth removing and selling on the car. lol. They are still on the car and I will remove it when I have a serious buyer.
PM me if interested. I'm asking $1500 firm and will not seperate the set.
The parts that will come with the sale are as follows...
1- (2) Carbon Fiber Dinan Intake tubes
2- (2) Like New Dinan (blue) Air Filters (I just replaced them about 1000 miles ago)
3- (2) Dinan MAF housings
4- (2) 90* Silicone Elbows that go from MAF housing to motor
5- (2) Silicone couplers that connect MAF to Carbon fiber intakes
6- Misc hose clamps to complete install
This is the first gen kit that did not include the splash shields or the IAT relocation kit. You can purchase the update from Dinan directly.

Thanks for the suggestion though! Know anyother local M5 guys that might want it?

Cool. Thanks!
If you could post it I wouldn't mind leaving the parts with you and giving you a small commission for selling said parts? If not any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

RAC3ME, what performance gains did you get with these on the car? Did the MAF housing have some special Dinan MAF sensor in it or did you have to put in the stock BMW units from the stock housings?
Why are you selling the M5? Going to upgrade, E92 M3 LOL?

I never dynoed the M... I never felt the need to. The factory sensors are re-used with the Dinan MAF housings.
Selling the beast because I don't drive it anymore. I'd rather use the money elsewhere.

Could you feel any improvement over stock? Or did it just give better intake sound?
I hope the prices of the E39 M5 are starting to bottom out, for both you and me LOL! Actually I think they'll bottom out around $10K eventually?
