My GT-R build....Getting the Jotech treatment....

Dropped off the GT-R in Orlando on Sunday with Jotech Motorsports in Dallas. They trucked it out to Dallas to get a few upgrades done. Here is the list:

it does. i can't wait to get my mitts on it once it's done! more importantly, i can't wait to tear up some pavement!

no tranny upgrades right now. they have cars running at my proposed power level on stock tranny's just fine right now. much more and i'll have to think about some beefier parts and upgraded clutch disks. i plan to do upgraded clutch disks at some point, but i'm not going to break into it quite yet.

my friend adam is all talk. has been since high school. he flaps his gums about how his z06 will kill anything and it's like :sleep:. i can't wait to whoop his little **** talking ass. he's convinced that he's got me beat because of power to weight ratios and all that. well, i did the math, and he doesn't have a chance on paper. plus, with his granny shifts, :hahaha:. unless he's sprinkled some of his cedar springs fairy dust in his tank, i don't believe he's got a shot, unless he puts some sort of turbo or s/c on there in the mean time, but his pockets ain't that deep.

Here you go:

Check out the power band on this GTR. The turbo spool characteristics on these turbos are lighting quick considering the power and torque this is putting down on the ground.

At this power level, it will be a great street / track car.

The 632hp / 643tq was on 93OCT.

The 630hp / 662tq was on race gas - same boost level at 22psi. Could not run more than 22psi due to oem MAF housing.

We've opted to stay at this power level until we upgrade the clutch packs, transmission gears and bigger MAF housing air intakes later on. This turbo kit is capable of making 740+whp.
