Is it tricky to launch or does the AWD just make it floor it and go?

Nice ride Blake... with the right tune you should be running 10s right?

that's alright...i had a gt-r tech at my local nissan shop ride along with me today about something completely unrelated and he told me exactly what to do if i grenade my transmission.

I asked Kenny if they did any mods to the transmissions a couple of weeks ago at the Saturday meet the day both he and Blake were there (mostly because I've been following Sticky's DCT trans mods on another site). Kenny said that Nissan lowered the engine rpm of the launch control which pretty much resolved any issues with the GT-R transmissions.

If Blake does have issues, the guys that are doing Sticky's transmission have plenty of experience modding the GT-R transmissions.
