I got a really cool watch a few weeks ago, a B.R.M. V12. It a race car inspired watch company. Their watches are just cool to look at because they take car/motor design and incorporate it into the time piece. Anyhow, I had an opportunity to meet with the US sales rep (the company is French ) and he offered to make any of my car buddies a deal. As you are all my "buddies" let me know if you would like one and I'll put you in contact with Federic (Frei da reek). :hmmmm2:
If you get the Titanium Birotor, hell give me a free set of cuff links.

That site is painful to navigate and painfully slow. Maybe it's just Firefox.

Then it's Chrome too....:turtle:
I've seen these in Road & Track though...Seems like a cool idea...

Very nice watches indeed just by looking at them you can tell they're made for car enthusiasts. Call me simple but I'll take Breitling instead.

New BRMs go from $6,500 to $45,000. You can take 15-20% off retail from this guy. He will also have the watch custom made in what ever colors you choose.
I've got the V12 (it's a big watch), the V6 is a little more understated. I think the Birotor and the Tourbillion are the big money watches. If I got another, I'd go for the V16-46 Black/Red/Yellow.

Hola Michael was up Amigo :)
Long time No See hope you've been taking care of The Mistress for me? Wife and I very pleased with our Breitling timepieces. We figure since Leon B. originally started it back in 1884 so by now Breitlings got theyre Calibre movement down to an art.
Too much rain and work so no CC for me July but hope to bump into you next one.
Adios!

I would try eBay for the vintage watches but I'll ask him. Do you have a specific model in mind?
Lucky for me I like the cheap Richard Mille ($525,000). I wonder what the monthly is?

Thanks Fubar Yea 525K for a watch. Look at this company HD3complication very cool stuff and only 250k & up
The Swiss watchmaker Vacheron Constantin marked its 250th anniversary in 2005 with the year’s most expensive watch. Its name refers to one of the historical sites of the venerable company, located next to the current Maison Vacheron Constantin on the Quai de l’Ile. At $1.5 million, this is the most expensive watch in 2005.

The BRM guys just came out with a USA and Italian flavor of their V14s. It pretty cool, you can choose your flavor on their website.

Choosing my flavor on the BRM site is like building a Maserati of Ferrari on their web sites for me. Fun, but I'm only looking.
