Yikes! U can fit a family of 4 AND run 10's!!!

I bet the Dinan S3 with M/T's and direct port nitrous could get really low 10's.:ahhhhh:

There's not too much literature out there on the longevity of the motor with nitrous. Of course the guys installing it will say it's reliable/bulletproof because its a $7k+ package installed depending on which shop you go to. There was a guy from St. Louis who trailered his car down to race the stroker M5 but he blew his motor getting on the tollway. Some will blame it on the nitrous and others will blame it on a dud motor from the factory... Another member on this board had some issues with nitrous on his M6 but removed it and went a different route.

Very interesting. I always have wanted to know why guys did that, besides the speed, and why the guys risked their investment. I guess I do to, but I liken NOS in a car to driving at night without headlights. I'm sure I am biased, and other guys have more informed opinions.

For the S85 its the best bang for the buck, you can dump a house mortgage into this V10 and get a stroker or a 150 hp shot for $7k or so. I think its close to impossible to get more than 450 hp at the rear wheels (Dyno Dynamics) without going these routes. I'd love to have nitrous just to have it handy in case of an emergency but I didn't want to spend $5k getting it installed on top of the chance of having to get a new hood because of a piston shooting through it.
