Here are some photos from the Dyno Day and Open House at Dallas Performance last Saturday. Some of the photos have a little too much post processing, but I’m still getting the hang of editing. There are well over 500 photos, and I'm obviously not going to do every photo, as it takes a while to edit them, but here is a good amount of them so you get the idea.

Thank you guys!

Great pics! Is that the matte SV that came from St Louis Lambo?

I thought the owner lived in Mineral Wells. Not sure where he bought it. If Lamborghini Dallas is the closest dealer, he can only buy it brand new from there. Part of a contract that all Lamborghini dealers have to sign. Otherwise, it was "used" and came from St. Louis.

Great pics Jason, thanks for all your hard work on those!!!

The SV came from Florida. It was brand new never titled but they may have sold it to him "used" with 1mile on the ODO or something like that not sure.

LOD had a yellow one but he like the black better. I'd have to agree... But hey I'd take either one :)

Happy to help!

The yellow one at LoD is mine, no one buy it! I should be able to afford it when I hit the Mega Millions next week.

J/K, I would have to order one with a 3rd pedal.

Thanks guys! Then there is another matte black small wing SV in north Texas somewhere. As far as a 3 pedal SV...I believe there's only 2 in the US, Roy Cats has a white one, and there's a yellow in Houston. And so far, the Murci replacement will not have a 3 pedal option

This is a gloss black SV. I've seen a couple more manual transmission SV's posted on LeftLaneLife, but they are very rare. Was Roy Cats in California?

The sad thing is, the people that can afford to buy them new, don't want 6 spd manuals, but the people that can afford them after a couple of years want manuals. :bawling: In any case, the production run of the Murcielago is finished, so now it's a waiting game for the replacement.

Oh got it, the car I was thinking of was matte. Roy is in Seattle, and according to him, only 2 US spec SV's. Maybe the other ones you saw were brought in? Either way, very rare!

Yup it was a 100K deposit to order the SV in manual, and now no manual available for "Aventador."

Thanks man! I just started on the video, it's gonna take some time... I had about 14 hours into editing the photos, with some turning out better than others. It will take time to get the editing process down. I keep trying to teach myself everything, just need to man up and take a class to learn how to do this stuff the right way. Check your PM's BTW.

What program do you use to edit? I'm a Canon shooter and always shoot RAW w/ my DSLR, so for mass quantities of pics like this, I use Canon's Digital Photo Professional and its batch functionality. You can create a general tweak profile and apply it to all the images, then go back and further tweak the ones that didn't come out right. Then you can batch convert them to JPEG and batch resize them.

The results aren't nearly as impressive as going through each one w/ a robust program such as Adobe Camera Raw, but for big batches of pics, it's the only way.

I would have loved to shoot RAW, but I only have 2 4GB cards, and that's about 150 pics each card, with no way to download them in the middle of the day. That general tweak profile would do about 80% of what I want, as most photos had the same general contrast/sharpness adjustments. I need to look into CS5 and some of their add-on pacakges, but I just spent a whole lot of money on the car/video equipment/new computer, so it will have to wait till next year.

BTW, you have some really amazing shots, looking at your Flickr account! :thumbsup2:

If you're a Canon shooter, Digital Photo Professional should be free if you want to give it a whirl.

Thanks for the compliment on my pics. It's something I enjoy doing but hardly get around to doing anymore. Maybe twice a year i'll dust off the gear and do a shoot.

I'll have to look into that (I'm guessing it came with the camera in the box)? Took some RAW images tonight, should be cool to see what I can do with it.

What's up Chun ?!? I definitely enjoy photography/videography as a hobby, I see no career/source of income from it though. Just another bank emptying activity :D
