bought it in Feb 2010 with 50k miles on it. It is my daily commuter, almost all highway miles. same for previous owner.

Car runs smooth and strong with no issues. Clean inside and out.
Maintenance completely up to date with preventive items completed. I have a binder with all the docs.

Notes:
1. Two front tires (Hankook Ventus v12) installed at 60k, ~80% remaining
2. Two rear tires (same) installed at 58k, ~3-5k miles remaining.
3. I am having the Tensioner belt pulley and CPV replaced this week. (completed)
4. During brake flush, Autoscope reports that there is a pretty good amount of brake life remaining.
5. I had both BMW and Autoscope check the subframe and they reported that it looks fine.
6. 10W-60 every 7500 miles.
7. In addition to the maintenance dates above i have the mileage for each.
8. You will see in the pictures that the driver side door speaker cover is tilted in. Speaker is perfectly fine, i plan on fixing the cover this week.
Warranty:
48k or 4years from time of purchase in Feb 2010.
Warranty by "Members Choice" which i believe is written by CUNA. I got the warranty through my credit union (Texans) at time of purchase and it is fully transferable per a $50 transfer fee. The warranty covers the following:
1. Engine
2. Transmission
3. Drive assembly
4. Steering system
5. Front Suspension
6. Brakes
7. Electrical system
8. Air Conditioning system
9. Additional items
There are a number of specific items listed within the above categories. I would be happy to scan/email a copy of the warranty to serious prospects.
