Guys, sorry about the late notice but ECR has a drivers edge event this Sunday and is also open to members so I'm probably going. I think it's $165 if you sign up on drivers edge. http://www.thedriversedge.net/02_tracks.htm

I'll also try to give everyone more notice next time I'm going....I can have guests out there for $150 each.

Edit: Work happens! No track fun for me tomorrow.

Dang! I just sent Rick (Drivers Edge) a note asking about open slots.

I suppose the extra $15 is worth it to qualify for the Drivers Edge night event at the TMS roval.

For those who haven't been there, ECR is a heck of a fun track.

Look me up Dennis, I'll likely be the only CLK out there.

Mike, didn't see you out there. Should have come out....lots of fun.
Edit: I just noticed you posted that work came up.

Took a pic of a couple cars waiting to go out with me.

That green car is always out there I think. He's got some kind of stock car lookin' thing too.

that's the first time I've seen the green car but I have seen the stock car a few times.

There was also an Audi R8 out there. Beautiful car.

That Viper ACR was FAST! I've had dozens of track days at ECR (mostly on my bike) and know the track very well so I was blasting by most cars since it was their first time and most of the drivers were not familiar with the layout. But not that Viper, it came up on me out of nowhere and blasted right by.....reminded me of getting passed by a GT3 Cup car.

Sorry I couldn't make it, I really like that track layout.
I got passed by an ACR at MSR, the driver, she was 55+ years old. Ouch!

The ACR at MSR was a newer one, she had previously wrecked the old one pretty badly at ECR.
