This is nothing new...they've been doing this for years. I've seen the "sniffer" trucks at 635 and the tollway (on the loop ramps) dozens of times.

I know it's not new, but I stop seeing them.
They did it in Frisco, about 2-3 years ago on Preston road and they are starting to do it again.

I've actually seen one on the ramp from westbound 635 to northbound tollway. Luckily my daily driver still has cats.
