Hello all,
Just joined up via a recommendation from Blacksheep. I like the site and tone. Sounds like a great group.
Right now, I've got a couple of buggies. '87 Grand National (1st new car I ever bought) and '02 Viper GTS.
With the nice weather just around the corner, I look forward to meeting some folks at the local GTGs.

Hey,
blacksheep - yeah, finally got around to it. Work and family keep me very busy. However, the nice weather helps motivate me to make time to play with the horsepower. The GTS is running goooooood, but the GN needs some major TLC before I can put her back on the streets and expect success.
racemx-m3 wow, nice M3. Yours is NA correct? From the mods, I bet that baby is quick and takes the turns well.
rberg32 Nice collection of 'buggies owned', especially the Lambo. I had the pleasure of running with a white Murcielago with the wing. I came up on him on the tollway, what a cool exhaust set-up and sound. He was a good sport.
tiptronic soldier Thanks for the welcome, what are you running around town in?
Again, thanks guys. I hope to meet everyone soon. I'll try the Saturday meet here real soon.

Thank you Mr. big. I am a big vette fan. Have a some extra HP licenses, along with EFILIve and LS1 Edit. Love tuning with that stuff, but it is no good for dodge. For the gts I am stuck with a piggie back system. I'd love to get our buggies together for a meat and great ;)

Love the original Vipers! Especially the hardtops. Any pics of the beast? Oh and welcome!

Welcome! I've always had a soft spot for Grand Nationals. Love the fact that Detective Cruze (sp?) drives one in Life. There's a well-known consumer diesel mechanic (Mac's) on the way to Cresson on 377 (he's been tuning diesels since before there was a market for it) who has (had?) a stable of several Grand Nationals. Loved taking our horse-hauling truck in just I could drool over the cars!

alexsmith-super nice vette you got there. I'll try to get a pic or two posted here and/or my profile. My last vette was a 2003. i ended up stroking it to a 408 and proceded to bust into the 10s without even trying hard. One of the mods I enjoyed most was the 4.10s behind the 6-speed.
jragan-yeah. she is real close to a classic plate. Still under 100,000 miles, but has been driven hard and shows it...Big Time on the exterior. interior looks great. I am one of the very very rare owners...an original owner. Bought new 1/4/1988. Brought it home that night and woke up the next day to a 2-day ice storm !!! I was dying, did not want to take her out in the ice. 2 longest days in my life ! I've installed a ton of mods. I can go on forever talking about Grand Nationals ! Love your M-buggy. What does it have for a motor? Is it a hot inline 6? sorry. been sometime since I checked'm out.

I remember when the GTS first came out. A friend and I from highschool went out to the Dodge dealership and took pics with a GTS ACR yellow with black stripes and all the obligatory warning and caution signs. I love the purpose of the Viper. Raw and uncompromised performance, like the original Cobras.
