View Full Version : BMW 2 Day Event - Need a Nice Place to Sleep

I wanted to see how many people would be interested in a better than normal sleeping arrangement. Joe and I are looking at renting a very nice house for Friday and Saturday night. The house is a 4bdrm with 4300 sq/ft and is set up to sleep up to 14 people. The cost is about $1000 for the 2 nights, so if we can get enough people, it should be less expensive than a hotel room.

Here are the details

Date: Evening of April 29 and April 30
Amenities: Pool Table, Internet, Pool and Hot Tub, and my favorite... Llamas :D

You do not have to commit to both nights as this is hard for many of us (the married ones at least). Please post up what you would be willing to commit to... also if you know anyone who is not on this board that is going to this event that might be interested, please forward this on.

Jack- That place is amazing- you have access to 2 bays with lifts. Unfortunately- a bit more than we need. Brian- I am in for Friday and Saturday nights.

Come on you guys... I know there are more of you that are coming out. We need to get at least 6-7 people signed up before we can justify getting this place for the weekend

I'm definitely in for Friday night and a maybe for Saturday night. I have a wedding reception back in Plano Sat night so I may just crash at home that night and head back early for the Sunday session.

ACJ75 said he is in for Fri and Sat. That gets us very close to what we need to make this worthwhile. If we can get 2 or 3 more commitments, I'll book it.

The trackside villa is only a couple hundred more, but it only sleeps 4 (unless you share a double bed!!!). It does have two bays with a lift if you need that. No doubt it is a sweeter setup. But for some of us, it is more than we need. With it costing a bit more, and sleeping fewer, it works out to be about twice as much.

plenty-o-room. Place sleeps 14. We are only up to 7 per night with you and your dad. The rate gets cheaper with occupancy. At 7/night we are looking at $72 per person per night.
