We just recently completed our first twin-turbo Lamborghini Gallardo at Jotech Motorsports. We installed the Titan TT kit. I just finished up the dyno video for it, here you all go:

More video and pictures coming soon along with the launch of our brand new website next week.

They only have it RWD for tuning purposes since the front diff would get burnt up on the AWD dyno as it takes too long to catch up to the rear. :driver:

The grapevine is reporting that the white Gallardo has already smoke the transmission.

Is the stock trans insufficient at that power level?

Are you still asking about races, without a running Supra? :hmmmm2:

Does the car stay in RWD configuration when it's not being dyno'd?

The lack of RWD configuration availability in modern Lambos (except Balboni) has always bothered me.

Very easy to disconnect the front drive wheels and drive as RWD only ;)

Going to pick up exhaust housing from coating today. Car isn't far from running. And I would like to get a run in with a car like this when it is out and about.

Lamborghini has introduced a RWD option & have made an incredible difference in the drive from the 2010 to 2011 year.

I am somewhat disappointed Lamborghini barely made any sort of announcement of a RWD model besides the Balboni & Bi-Colore models.

hmm....as for what I heard about this TT Lambo G, it was quickly sold yesterday after the owner got tired of dealing with stemming problems of the kit.

Take an N/A car and add boost and this is always the problem for somebody that is not used to a "tuner" car..

Very true...Tuned cars that are vastly faster/quicker than stock yet retain the same driveability and lack of issues are very rare indeed. Most people want this, but few acheive it.

If I had to keep buying replacement Lambo transmissions, I'd sell it too!

Only if you want to sign a laundry list of non-disclosures and jibberish.
I've even been told, as the owner of a UGR built Lambo, you must get permission before racing it...in Mexico or at the track.

Half of the boosted cars on this forum seem like they would fall into this category but its rare to ever hear anyone on here complain about it.:thumbsup2:

Wow...that's alot.
Especially considering you can buy a Heffner TTG spyder with a built motor, built trans, Motec, etc...for less than that.

hmm....as for what I heard about this TT Lambo G, it was quickly sold yesterday after the owner got tired of dealing with stemming problems of the kit.

This is a classic case of bad information that you heard or see from the internet.

Here's a letter below from the previous Lambo owner to clear up any speculations. In short, he sold it so he can get the new LP700. The owner of Empire bought the Lambo for himself and I spoke to him 3 days ago. He told me that it is priced a little high so he could keep the car for awhile at the same time advertising that he does have Lambo TT for sale for the right price.

[I]"Hey guys my name is Kevin Le and I’m the owner of the twin turbo Lamborghini built by Jotech Motorsports. Blake, I don’t know who you are and I would like for you to stop representing for the behalf of me, it upset me very much that you're talking about myself and my car. The truth about my twin turbo Gallardo is it took 4 weeks to complete. On the first dyno run it made 752 whp on 7 pounds on boost on 93 octane, and at the end of the day the car consistently made 817 whp on 8 pounds of boost on 93 octane. I drive it daily and it has no problems, the one only time I brought it back was to change the regular rubber hose to stainless steel hose when one of the oil line ruptured. Anything can happen when we modify our cars and race it. Kenny and crew fixed it right away and I'm right back on the road. The reason I sold my Gallardo was to get the Lamborghini LP-700, I wasn’t aware that Lamborghini was coming out with the LP-700 when I got the Gallardo 8 months ago. The reason I bought the Gallardo was to let Jotech Motorsports twin turbo it. I’d recommend anybody to bring their cars to Jotech Motorsports they are amazing at what they do and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the work they did on all of my cars. Before I bought the Gallardo I was an Acura nsx lover and I let Jotech Motorsports install the Comptech supercharger in my 93 wide body Nsx. Today the car still runs fine after 9 years with no problems. I also had another Nsx, this one was a 96 TT and it was also supercharged with Jotech Motorsports also having no problems till today. I have had 3 cars that have been built by Jotech, they do a marvelous job on them and they always answer my questions or help me when I need them with my cars."

"I hope this will clear up any inaccurate statements about my Lambo and my relationship with Kenny and Jotech. "

Have a great day, and please find something more productive to do about your life than this. Thank you.
