THIS SATURDAY 5/9! Plano Rotary Club Car Show & N TX Soap Box Derby

Come on out this Saturday 5/9 to support the Plano Rotary Club's biggest event of the year by entering your car in their car show at Plano Senior High School. REGISTRATION IS FREE and prizes will be awarded in several categories. You'll also have the opportunity see the North Texas Soap Box Derby (http://www.texasderby.org)! Lots of folks will be in attendance that love cars and our DFW Auto Club has some awesome examples, so I hope many of you will enter your car in the show. You can arrive as early as 8:30am and leave whenever you want, however, the car show judging takes place at 12noon.

Please let Jerry know as soon as possible. The car show is sponsored by The Auto Shop and My Car Wash, both in Plano.

Paul Peck will be there with his beautiful Z8 and I'll be there with the green monster. I've also heard a rumor that Pat Arnold of Classic BMW will be bringing something special. Plano Sr. HS is located at Independence and Park Blvd.

All kinds of cars/trucks are welcome including antique cars, hot rods, late models, muscle cars, custom & specialty vehicles. Let's share our luxuries and exotics with them on Saturday!!

Hi Jack: I emailed Jerry last night and got a response today. He said to just print out the registration form and bring it with you to the event. See you there! I guess you'll surprise us with something from your nice collection.

I think the highlight was Michael's rc car that did the launch over the bump in the pkg lot! That was an awesome jump.
