Update: the car will be going into the body shop next Monday. Discounted pricing in effect until then :)

Selling my wife's 335i E92 Coupe.

Vitals:
White
Grey interior (lighter color grey)
Grey Poplar wood
58,000 miles
6 speed manual transmission
Sport Package
Premium Package
Navigation
Comfort Access
Power rear sun shade
Smokers Package (never been smoked in, just came with it, has a power point and cover to the ashtray)
Logic 7 sound with ipod control
Heated seats

This car is both CPO (so warranties the car until 100k miles/6 years total) and has Certified Maintenance. This means that oil changes, brakes, etc. are all covered for free by the dealer. The cost of the CPO warranty was $2095 and the Maintenance Plan was almost $2000 as well.

Original inservice date: 9/29/2007
Factory Warranty Expiration: 9/29/2011 or 50000 miles (passed obviously)
CPO Warranty and Maintenance Expiration: 9/29/2013 or 100k miles, whichever is first.

In addition to the factory loaded trim, I've added an M3 steering wheel (thicker, more comfortable) and M Sport shift knob (shorter, shifts crisper, matches the lighter leather better). It has also been tinted. The factory yellow angel eyes have been replaced with whiter light bulbs.

New tires were put on before we purchased it, about 8000 miles ago and are still good, OEM run flat tires.

The car was always serviced at the BMW dealership (the previous owner in Little Rock there and here at Classic or BMW of Dallas).

Under warranty the following work has been done since we've owned it:
- HPFP recall
- waste gate actuators replaced (common issue)
- radio trim/buttons replaced (they were sticking)
- replaced the steering wheel trim (peeling paint, common issue)

So... all this, why is the price so low?

The car was hail damaged in a storm a few months ago. Normally it would have been in the garage, however it was at BMW of Dallas for service and it was outside and got damaged. It has two larger (and a few smaller) dents on the hood. A large dent on the roof (and a couple smaller), a couple small to medium on the trunk lid and one small to medium dent on the side of the car.

Other issues:
- small paint scuff on the passenger rear lower bumper (looks like a low shopping cart?)
- small chip in the windshield
- one wheel has a small ~1.5" curb, but you've got to be looking for it.

I have the title in hand, no liens. If you need financing and have good credit, http://www.penfed.org, 2.49%.

My plan right now is to sell the car now as is. It is scheduled to be repaired next month. After repair I will raise the price $2,000. And if it doesn't sell I'll drive it for two more worry free years.

I've never seen a 335i from that year sale for anywhere under $25,000, so this seems like a really good deal.

In fact, it's pretty tempting....

I daily an E39 M5 (also for sale)... this car is quick. Fast enough to get me in trouble.

I'll bet. It's exactly the kind of fast I want right now. Problem on my end is that my car is still being financed through my bank, so I'd have to find a way to get rid of it first. :dontknow:
