Question Car value question; actually starting to think about maybe selling the BMW

What’s up guys, been a very, very long time! I hope this post finds everyone well. So as the title states, I’ve actually begun considering the sale of my E92 , but I have no idea where to start with coming up with a sales price and I thought I’d reach out here for a great start and good opinions. I totally understand that money invested (mods, etc.) will in no way be recovered (and I’m ok with that) but if I sell it would have to be a private sale since it’s modded and tuned. Most everything on the car should still be accurate in my sig, but I’ll list everything just to be sure anyways. Thanks for any input, I appreciate it!

EDIT: KBB is spitting out a private sale value of $12K-$15K, but a private sale to an enthusiast or on a forum should yield slightly more? No? I haven’t sold many cars

I don't know what to tell you in terms of sale value of the car. But I can tell you that you will get the most $ by putting the car back as close to stock as possible and selling any mods separately. It's more work but will get you a lot more $.

I second this. Try to take off and sell or repurpose anything you can. Leave the big stuff thats a pain to remove and try to recoup a little $$.

To answer your question about selling to an enthusiast, it'll definitely yield more IF the right person wants it. I ended up getting $4k more than I thought I would for my M3 because the right person stumbled across it.
