Default In 'n Out opens in Frisco

I went to the employees & friends private opening last night. Check out the chaos. The line was about twice as long as this just before I showed up.

Fellow California transplants should be excited, everyone else is probably asking why we are so obsessed with this place

I believe it's now open as of today... Go get your Double-doubles!

Sweet! Have been wondering when they were going to open the doors. Preston is going to become a traffic nightmare with this place.

When I ate there for the first time in Phoenix, I wasn't very impressed. I mean, it's good for fast food but it wasn't anything special, I really didn't understand the hype. There was a Chic-Fil-A right next door to it as well and I think that is infinitely better!

The one in Fairview is open too! When I drove by earlier today, there was a line of at least 100 people waiting to get in. I'll wait a week or so and then go get my double double.

I've eaten at many of them before. I am not terribly impressed either. I think that the draw is all in the presentation.

No doubt, a lot of people rave about it, I've had it quite a few times in Cali etc. and while I might eat it every blue moon, nothing special to me!

I tried it out in Phoenix too. It was alright. I liked the fries the most. Overall, it wasn't over the top or anything, but definitely a place i'd get a burger at every once in awhile if it was nearby.

Wife and I tried the one in Vegas on Tropicana Blvd near i15. Was ok but we've had much better burgers elsewhere. Way too much bark without any real bite.

Woof Woof!!

That was my impression as well. IDK, I'm guessing the price is part of their charm; cheap whilst being really good (for fast good), imo. I'll wait a week or so before I make a trip out to either location, unless one opens up closer before then.

Seeing the lines at the Fairview one today reminds me of when they first opened back in Phoenix. Forgot how much hype there really was, the newness will wear off and itll just be another fast food place soon.

Looked like a fight Frisco police had two in handcuffs, but we got there after all the action.

I've heard the line has been hours long... I find that hard to believe, considering how fast they churn through guests. But who knows. At any rate it was wrapped around the building this morning.

New employees, so I doubt they're running at full speed yet. I'll wait a few weeks before going. No burger is worth a line of 100+ people to get in the door.
