I am trying to resist the mod bug, but I think I will be getting wheels here soon, then you know I will have to get kw sleeves to make it sit right then... haha. O man that sounds dangerous, doing the DP, Exhaust, mid, injectors, intakes and e85 thing sounds fun.

It's not only fun, it's a necessity!!! You cant drive a GTR without at least doing those basics.

Were you in Grapevine parked at a little strip mall this afternoon? Same color blue (I think) GTR there. Also a black S2000 with Top Speed stickers, pretty sure that guy works there, I see it all the time. Anyway, car looked great

Yep, getting my hair cut, that is Chaz's S2K guy who runs the Southlake Garage Meet on Sundays, and he does the hair cutting. Also had some awesome Thai food there next door! haha, thanks.

Hurm, well I have a midpipe and AP tune on it.
To be honest I think you guys may have been right, I am sorta getting bored with it, turns out just being fast isn't everything, or it just isn't fast enough yet. Awesome car, I should love it... but as of yet I just don't. Hurm. I wish they still made new E46 M3's.

Yup... That's just the way it is. Many people end up selling it after a short while because it wasn't as engaging as they anticipated. Even with 1k whp it isn't crazy fun like a Vette or anything rwd. It's still more fun with more power but it gets expensive quick.

i feel like an AMS GTR would be exciting, but I've never driven one. IMO, if you are getting bored with it, u should sell it and do a crazy build on a car that you truly love, something u can pour ur heart into. I love making cars into something that people think they can't be and it keeps them exciting to drive all the time.
